Setting Up Email on iPhone or iPad

Learn how to set up the Mail app on your iPhone or iPad to work with your email accounts hosted in Plesk. This guide walks you through each step so you can access and manage your emails on your Apple device.

Steps

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Select Mail from the list
  3. Tap Accounts
  4. Tap Add Account
  5. Select Other at the bottom of the list
  6. Tap Add Mail Account
  7. Enter your account details and tap Next:
    • Name — This will appear as the sender name on outgoing emails
    • Email — Your full email address
    • Password — The password you use to log in to Webmail
    • Description — A label to identify the account on your device (e.g. Support)
  8. Select IMAP as the account type, then enter the following server details: Incoming Mail Server
    • Host Name: webmail.zeniar.com
    • Username: Your email address
    • Password: Your Webmail password
    Outgoing Mail Server
    • Host Name: webmail.zeniar.com
    • Username: Your email address
    • Password: Your Webmail password
    Once entered, tap Next
  9. Choose whether you'd like to sync notes with the server. Make sure Mail is switched on to send and receive emails

Your account will now be added to the Mail app and is ready to use.
