Creating an Email Account in Plesk

Learn how to create a new email account using your custom domain name in Plesk. This guide walks you through each step so you can set up a professional email address quickly and easily.

Steps

  1. Log in to your Zeniar account and click Services on the main page
  2. Select your active service plan
  3. Click Login to Plesk Control Panel
  4. Select Mail from the left-hand menu
  5. A list of your existing email accounts will be displayed. To add a new one, click Create Email Address
  6. Enter the email address you'd like to create (e.g. support@mysite.zeniar.com)
  7. Enter a strong password for the account. You can always change it later in Webmail. For the best security, we recommend using the Generate Password option to create a unique, secure password
  8. Click OK at the bottom of the page to create the email address
  9. A confirmation message will appear at the top of the page once the account has been created

You can now log in to your new email account at https://webmail.zeniar.com, or set it up on your phone or computer using an email client.
