Updating WordPress Plugins with WP Toolkit
Learn how to update your WordPress plugins using the WP Toolkit in Plesk. Keeping your plugins up to date helps ensure compatibility, security, and the best performance for your website.
Steps
- Log in to your Plesk panel
- Select WordPress from the left-hand toolbar
- Click on your WordPress installation
- If plugin updates are available, click Install Plugin Updates
- The affected plugins will be listed. From here, you can view the changelog details and choose which plugins to update
- Select the plugins you'd like to update and click Update to begin
- A progress bar will appear at the bottom of the page showing the update status
- Once complete, a success message will confirm the updates have been applied
