Enabling Automatic Updates in WP Toolkit

Learn how to enable automatic updates for WordPress core, plugins, and themes using the WP Toolkit in Plesk. Keeping your website up to date helps protect against security vulnerabilities and provides a better experience for your visitors.

Steps

  1. Log in to Plesk via your Zeniar Portal and open the WP Toolkit
  2. Click the Autoupdate Settings link in the bottom left of the WP Toolkit for the website you'd like to update

Important: Enabling automatic updates may cause your website or certain plugins to stop working correctly. Make sure you choose the settings that best suit your needs.

  1. Set your preference for Update WordPress Automatically
  2. Set your preference for Update Plugins Automatically
  3. Set your preference for Update Themes Automatically
  4. Once you're done, click OK in the bottom left to save your settings
