Updating Your Zeniar Account Details
Learn how to update your account information in the Zeniar Portal, including your address, email preferences, and other details. This guide walks you through the steps to keep your account accurate and up to date.
Steps
- Log in to your Zeniar Portal account
- From the dashboard, click the Update button located under your account details
- From here you can update the following:
- Personal Information — If you need to change your first or last name, please open a support ticket
- Billing Address
- Email Preferences
- Mailing List
- Click Save Changes to save your updates
