Cancelling a Subscription in the Zeniar Portal
Learn how to cancel a subscription hosted with Zeniar. Whether you're looking to simplify your services or exploring other options, our straightforward cancellation process makes it easy.
Steps
- Log in to your Zeniar Portal at https://zeniar.com/portal
- Click on Services
- Click on the subscription you'd like to cancel
- Select Request Cancellation from the Actions menu on the left
- Let us know the reason you'd like to cancel the service
- Choose whether you'd like the service cancelled immediately or at the end of your current billing period
- Click Request Cancellation to confirm
If you've chosen to cancel immediately, this will be processed within 15 minutes. If you need your service taken offline sooner, please submit a support ticket after requesting the cancellation.
