Backing Up Your WordPress Website with WP Toolkit
Learn how to back up your WordPress website and its content using the WP Toolkit in Plesk. This guide walks you through each step so you can keep your valuable data safely preserved.
Steps
- Log in to Plesk via your Zeniar Portal and open the WP Toolkit
- Click the Back Up / Restore button
- Click Back Up to start the backup process
- The progress of your backup will be shown in the bottom right corner. You can continue using the Plesk dashboard while the backup runs
- Once complete, a message will appear confirming the backup was successful
- A summary of all your backups can be found in the Back Up / Restore menu
Please note: You can create unlimited backups using the WP Toolkit. However, these backups will count towards your hosting storage quota, if applicable.
