Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on Your Zeniar Account
Learn how to secure your Zeniar Portal account with two-factor authentication (2FA). This is mandatory for all new and existing accounts and adds an extra layer of protection to safeguard your personal information and websites.
Steps
- Log in to your Zeniar Portal
- Click on your name in the top right corner
- Select Security Settings from the dropdown menu
- Click the Two-Factor Authentication tab
- Click the Click here to Enable button
- A summary will be displayed explaining how 2FA works and its benefits
- Click Get Started to continue
- On your smartphone, download either Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator from your app store
- Open the authenticator app on your phone
- Add a new account by tapping the + button in the app
- Scan the QR code displayed on the screen
- Enter the code shown on your phone into the box on the Zeniar Portal. You'll need to enter and save it before the code refreshes
- Click Submit to finish
You're all set! Your account is now protected by 2FA. Next time you log in, you'll be prompted to open your authenticator app and enter the 6-digit code.
