Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on Your Zeniar Account

Learn how to secure your Zeniar Portal account with two-factor authentication (2FA). This is mandatory for all new and existing accounts and adds an extra layer of protection to safeguard your personal information and websites.

Steps

  1. Log in to your Zeniar Portal
  2. Click on your name in the top right corner
  3. Select Security Settings from the dropdown menu
  4. Click the Two-Factor Authentication tab
  5. Click the Click here to Enable button
  6. A summary will be displayed explaining how 2FA works and its benefits
  7. Click Get Started to continue
  8. On your smartphone, download either Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator from your app store
  9. Open the authenticator app on your phone
  10. Add a new account by tapping the + button in the app
  11. Scan the QR code displayed on the screen
  12. Enter the code shown on your phone into the box on the Zeniar Portal. You'll need to enter and save it before the code refreshes
  13. Click Submit to finish

You're all set! Your account is now protected by 2FA. Next time you log in, you'll be prompted to open your authenticator app and enter the 6-digit code.
